hpaned
hpaned is an instantiatable widget, of paned abstract type.
For the hpaned, and vpaned widgets use this API of paned.

Signals, properties and API will be derived from paned.

The packing of widget takes palce from Left-Right manner

API 
create a new hpaned using
	GtkWidget *gtk_hpaned_new      (void);
